(Technical Background of the Invention) Conventionally, such a recording machine has been equipped with recording needles at intervals corresponding to the recording scanning width of a continuously rotating endless belt, and the plurality of recording needles are alternately used for each recording scan. However, with this method,
Because it is difficult to align the recording scan start point and scan interval of each recording needle,
Recording machines that solve this problem are beginning to be put into practical use by rotating one recording stylus at high speed so that each recording scan is entirely performed by one recording stylus.

However, such a high-speed scanning recording machine with a single recording stylus has the disadvantage that vibrations caused by high-speed running cause various contact failures at various points in the recording signal transmission path, which can easily cause recording omissions. .

The drive pulley 2 is fixed to a shaft protruding from an electric motor (not shown) fixed to the back side of the substrate 1 to the front side, and continuously rotates. Driven pulley 3
is loosely attached to a shaft supported on the front side of the substrate 1,
Can be rotated freely. The endless belt 4 is a toothed belt and is stretched over the driving pulley 2 and the driven pulley 3 without loosening. This spanning is accomplished by loosening the setscrew 27 that stops the sliding plate 25 that fixes the shaft of the driven pulley 3, and then tightening the setscrew 27 again after tensioning and balancing it with the spring 26. Let's do it. The recording body 5 is fixed to the endless belt 4, and has a guide plate 1 fixed to the inside of the endless belt 4 over an area slightly wider than the entire width of the recording paper 10.
2, the recording piece 9 travels at high speed in the recording main scanning direction 11 while being in contact with the recording surface of the recording paper 10.

The guide piece 15 (FIG. 8) is fixed to the endless belt 4 with rivets 20 by aligning the bottom surface R of the lower flat part with the outer surface of the endless belt 4, and fixing the inner surface R of the vertical part to the holding base 22. Align it with the side face p (Fig. 10) and fix it with screws v and w. The lower surface part m of the rear side projecting flat part of the holding piece 14 (FIG. 9) is aligned with the front flat part o of the holding base 22, and fixed with the screw u. During this assembly, lugs 17 and 21 are narrowly provided on the screw v and the screw u, respectively. The holding base 22 is embedded with a high-frequency noise elimination coil 18 on the side surface and a low-frequency noise elimination coil 19 on the bottom side, and both coils are connected in series, and both terminals are connected with lugs. 17 and 21.

Recording piece 9 (Fig. 6) and energizing roller 16 (7th
Figure) and consumable parts. The recording piece 9 is in the main scanning direction 1
1 is a spring plate with an introduction part j bent in an F-shape, and has a protrusion e on the central flat part, and a recording needle a on the rear end.
is fixed in a hanging manner. The holding piece 14 (FIG. 9) for inserting and holding the recording piece 9 has a sideways U-shaped part n1 having a bottom part n2 of a width that allows the width direction of the central flat band part of the recording piece 9 to be accommodated without any play (gap). . At the point where you reach the bottom of the fold with the spring plate that has
A hole f is provided in which the protrusion e of the recording piece 9 is accommodated without any play, and by inserting the introduction part j of the recording piece 9 into the introduction part g, the recording piece 9 can be inserted as shown in FIGS.
is held and is movable up and down without play in the left and right directions and front and back. When traveling on the recording surface of the recording paper 10, the tip of the recording needle a is lifted and the recording piece 9 is moved as shown in FIG. With the tip of the introduction part g and the protrusion e as fulcrums, both sides of the sideways U-shaped part of the holding piece 14
It is guided in the front and back direction by n1 and n3, and is elastically maintained against fluctuations when the recording needle a runs in contact with the surface of the recording paper. The energizing roller 16 has a shaft c press-fitted into a small ball bearing, and extends upward from two V-shaped grooves i provided in the plane of the holding table 22 and a guide piece 15 covering the grooves i. I did 2
Push the shaft c between the two presser spring pieces b,
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the outer peripheral portion t of the roller is fixed in a relief groove s at the center of the plane of the holding base 22 so that it can move freely.

(Effect of the invention) According to this invention, even if the recording piece 9 is relatively large, it can be recorded by elastic support only in the vertical direction by the upright U-shaped guide part and the folded spring part of the holding piece 14. Even if the needle a runs at a fairly high speed, it can sufficiently absorb vibrations caused by running in contact with the recording paper surface.
Missing recording due to detachment of the tip of the recording needle a does not occur, and the recording needle a does not deviate laterally from the normal main scanning trajectory and disturb the document image. In addition, since the leading end side of the recording piece 9 in the main scanning direction 11 is bent downward, the projection e and the hole are such that the leading end bites into the holding piece 14 even when the leading end of the recording needle a moves up and down. Since it is activated by stopping and stopping with f, contact failure does not occur even with vibrations caused by considerable high-speed running, and recording omissions due to recording signal transmission failure do not occur. This effect can be achieved by cutting out the center of the tip of the recording piece 9 as indicated by y in FIG.

In the conventional type, it is necessary to make the recording piece 9 with a minute structure, and it is so small that not only is it difficult to replace it, but there are also many accidents where it is lost. However, with this invention, such accidents can be prevented.
