(Prior Art) In view of the current situation where the number of buildings with wooden framework structures has been sluggish, the applicant of this application has filed a patent application filed in 1986-3.
As has already been developed and completed with the No. 697 invention, etc., its cross-sectional area is approximately 41 cm (compared to the previous mark γI, which has a member size of 10.5 cm square).
By adopting a frame member equivalent to a 21cm square member, in particular a through column, and realizing an innovative wooden frame structure in which the column base is directly embedded and fixed in the foundation, the foundation and We were able to strengthen the bonding strength with the frame structure, eliminate reinforcing intermediary members by using large cross-section members, and simplify the construction process.

The above-mentioned invention in Japanese Patent Application No. 60-42062 was also realized in this process, and in particular, it was a new proposal regarding the attachment structure between the through columns and the horizontal members, that is, the shikuchi structure in the overall structural form. We have tried this method, and it has already achieved a level of effectiveness that was unachievable with previous products in terms of ease of assembly, ease of cutting, and strength of joints.

Toshisha 1 is a wooden pillar with a relatively large cross section, for example, 2"Icm square (7 inch square), and it does not matter what material it is made of, such as natural wood or laminated shrine. The base of the pillar is not particularly shown in the illustration. However, it is convenient if it is fixed to the foundation of the building in an embedded manner (usually fixed via a column base fixing fitting that is buried and fixed in advance in the foundation).

The horizontal members 2 include all the members other than the pillars constituting the framework, such as girders, footings, and sills, as well as the shelving and beams. The cross-sectional dimension is at least the width dimension of the through column 1.
For example, if we take a trunk insert as the horizontal member 2, the most commonly adopted size is about 12 cm (4 sun) in width and about 36 cm in height.
rm (1 shaku 2 sun) or the like, and the entire cross section of the butt end must be able to be completely inserted into the side surface of the through post 1 at the location where the joint portion is planned to be formed.

(Function and Effect) The joint structure in the wooden frame structure of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration is @
This is realized by a complete insertion-fitting structure of the entire cross section of the end of the frame members 2, and is firmly connected by the wooden connecting material 3 of the same quality as each frame member, and the connecting material 3 is on the end side of the horizontal member 2. One side of either the top end or the bottom end (in most cases,
It appears only on the surface that forms the wall and becomes hidden (
Even in this case, it looks like wood of the same quality has been embedded, and there is no sense of discomfort at all), so the intersection of the through column 1 and the horizontal member 2 has a very clean structure, and even if it is an exposed joint part, it does not look like any design. Not only does it have no problems in terms of effectiveness, but it can even be said to be a good enough shiguchi part to be used as is to enhance the aesthetic effect.

Another effect is that as the through columns 1, horizontal members 2, and wooden connecting members 3 are all made of wooden materials, the deformation stress due to external force applied to the joint part is approximately equalized, and each component This means that the joint parts do not deform and move individually, and are much more reliable, especially compared to those that used conventional fastening fittings. Therefore, with the conventional product, wobble would occur at the joint unless additional seaming work was done mid-way, but with the product of this invention, there is almost no such worry and the finish is strong. It is possible to realize the mouth structure.

Additionally, what should be noted is that the integration of the horizontal member 2 with the wooden connecting piece 3 in this invention has a structure in which the stopper 5 can be driven in from the horizontal direction. Firstly, on-site work can be carried out extremely safely and quickly, and secondly, even if the joint part is deformed due to external force, it will never occur that these plugs 5, 5...
Thirdly, if the cross-sectional shape of the stopper 5 and the stopper through hole 22.31 is restricted to a circular cross-section, there is no risk of the center falling off. In comparison, the shear stress is greatly increased, and a more reliable joint structure can be realized.

In addition, in order to integrate the stopper 5, the frame structure must be dismantled and moved for some reason (in some cases, the conventional joint structure using metal fittings or the traditional notch structure) Unlike the case of the opening structure, it can be disassembled extremely easily, and it goes without saying that the necessary expenses can be greatly reduced.
The through-pillar 1 has an excellent feature of being fully reusable because it is not damaged in any way.
