【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) モータケーシングとポンプケーシングとを
上下の関係で接続配置し、これらのモータケーシ
ングとポンプケーシングとの間にガスシール室を
設け、ガスシール室とモータロータ室とを貫通す
るモータロータ軸部分を軸封し、ガスシール室と
ポンプ室との隔壁に軸貫通孔を介して前記モータ
ロータ軸を貫通させ、前記軸貫通孔の間隙により
ガスシール室とポンプ室とを連通するよう構成し
たモータ駆動ポンプにおいて、前記ガスシール室
内に前記モータロータ軸の回転によつてガスシー
ル室内の液をポンプ室側へ移送する推力を発生す
る推力発生機構を設けることを特徴とするポンプ
のガスシール機構。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のガス
シール機構において、ガスシール室内におけるガ
ス圧力は、推力発生機構による推力との和と、ポ
ンプ室内の液圧力とがバランスするよう設定して
なるポンプのガスシール機構。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のガス
シール機構において、推力発生機構は、ガスシー
ル室とポンプ室との隔壁に近接したモータロータ
軸に対し、このモータロータ軸の回転を利用した
ねじポンプで構成してなるポンプのガスシール機
構。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のガス
シール機構において、推力発生機構は、ガスシー
ル室とポンプ室との隔壁に近接したモータロータ
軸に対し、このモータロータ軸にインペラを取付
けた遠心ポンプで構成してなるポンプのガスシー
