本考案は血液等の液体用プラスチツク製容器の

チツクキヤツプで密封し、滅菌し、次いでゴム栓
を嵌入するか、被ぶせ、更にその上に熱収縮性の

ではゴム栓が殺菌工程に入つていないことが大き
な欠点となつている。ゴム栓をつけて滅菌を行な
うと工程中の冷却水がプラスチツクキヤツプとゴ
ム栓の間に入り込み不衛生であり、ゴム栓自体も

容器の栓体の断面を示す説明図であり、第2図は
同斜視図である、栓体Aはプラスチツク容器Bの
開口部に嵌入密閉するものである。1はゴム栓、
2,2′は熱可塑性プラスチツク薄膜、3は容器
開口部内側に密に嵌入する環状体、4は容器開口
部周縁部上縁と密に接する鍔部であり、aは薄膜
2と栓体樹脂との融着部、5は注射針等を挿入す
るための開口部である。6は薄膜に融着され、そ
の少なくとも中央部を通る補強部分で栓体Aとプ
ラスチツク容器Bとを超音波でシールする際に必
要である。即ち射出樹脂によつて融着されたプラ
スチツク薄膜2,2′は成形品の冷却と共に収縮
によつてゴム栓1面(特に中央部)から浮き上が
り、超音波シールの際超音波によつて振動する。
この振動が大きいとプラスチツク薄膜2,2′は
破壊され穴があく。この破壊の程度は浮き上りが
大きい程、プラスチツク薄膜2,2′が薄い程可
能性が多く、この浮き上りを押える目的で一体成

本考案の栓体を製造するには一般の射出成形機
で行なうことができる。インサートの関係から縦
型のものが利用し易い。金型は注射針挿入部bを
上下のコアでゴム栓1を中心にプラスチツク薄膜
2,2′を上下に位置せしめて押え、空いている
キヤビテイー内に射出樹脂を満す。上コアと下コ
アの間のキヤビテイーの高さはゴム栓1とプラス
チツク薄膜2,2′との厚さよりも0.1〜0.2mm低
くしておき、型締でゴム栓1と薄膜2,2′とが
強く押えつけられるようにする。すなわち金型は
ピンゲート式とサイドゲート式などいずれでもよ
いがゲート口が1カ所の場合には射出圧力でイン
サート物がセンターからずれるのを防止すること
と、ゴム栓1と薄膜2,2′との間に空気が残る
のを防ぐためである。一例を挙げれば、ゴム栓1
はブチルゴムで厚さ3mmのものを使用し、プラス
チツク薄膜2,2′として通常のポリプロピレン
シート厚さ0.2mm、2枚、射出樹脂はポリプロピ
レン(シヨウアロマMA610、商品名)射出成形
機は汎用射出成形機縦型1オンス、金型はサイド
ゲート式1個取り、成形条件としては樹脂温度
260℃、射出圧力50Kg/cm2、射出時間8秒、冷却
時間20秒で行つた。このように成形されたものは
第1図に示されるように、ゴム栓1は上下にプラ
スチツク薄膜2,2′が置かれ(ゴムと薄膜との
接着はよくないので上下にプラスチツク薄膜2,
2′を置きこの薄膜と射出樹脂が同質であるので
両者は融着部aで融合することになる)て完全に
プラスチツクで包囲されており滅菌時(熱水また
はスチームによる)水分や塵埃が内部に入らず極
めて衛生的である。射出樹脂とプラスチツク薄膜
はポリプロピレンが最適である。またゴム栓1が
表面に露出しないので滅菌によるゴム栓表面の劣
化も防止することと、使用時までゴム栓が汚染さ
れない利点がある。ゴム栓1は針の挿入力と液洩
れ防止から2〜6mmの厚さとし、プラスチツク薄
膜2,2′の厚さは0.1〜0.4mmが適当であり、ま
たゴム栓1とプラスチツク薄膜2,2′の融着部
aは射出圧力によつて押えられており周囲からの
液洩れは全くない。かつ開口部5内のプラスチツ
ク薄膜は補強部分6で射出樹脂と融着されている
為、超音波の振動によつて破壊されることがな

本考案は以上述べたようにゴム栓1を中心に、

て位置せしめ、該熱可塑性プラスチツク薄膜2,
2′の表面を2カ所以上露出した状態で、上記プ
ラスチツク薄膜2,2′と同質の熱可塑性プラス
チツク樹脂でゴム栓1の外周を一体に包囲成形し
たことを要点とするものであるので、ゴム栓が離
脱しない(従来のようにかぶせるか、あとから嵌
め込みだと離脱する)。異物が入り込まない、滅
菌が容易で強度があること、容器との融着でパー
ツが少ないことすなわちオーバーキツプ等の必要
がない、小型であり、注射針挿入部すなわち熱可
塑性プラスチツク薄膜の露出面を大きく採ること
ができ針の挿入が容易である。また本考案の栓体
はゴム栓1を外周から圧しているので挿入した針
の周囲は密にゴムで圧封されているため液洩れの
