Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外輪の内面に軸方向の3本のトラツク溝を
形成し、外輪の内側にトリポード部材を挿入し、
該トリボード部材の3本の外周凸球面に形成した
脚軸を軸受組立体のボタン材に対して揺動旋回自
在に球面接触させ、その軸受組立体をトラツク溝
の外輪軸方向の転走面に挿入した等速自在継手に
おいて、上記ボタン材凹球面の曲率半径を、脚凸
球面の曲率半径の1.03〜1.06倍に形成し
たことを特徴とする等速自在継手。 (2) 上記脚軸の外周凸球面がリン酸塩皮膜及び
MoS2からなる皮膜で形成されていることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の等
速自在継手。
