は合成樹脂、４は金属膜である。なお、図中、同
一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

金属膜とにより構成したことを特徴とする導波管
形スロツトアレイアンテナ。 (2) スロツトの加工をエツチング法により行な
つてあることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第(1)項記載の導波管形スロツトアレイアンテ
