Claims

A seat frame 2 is installed on the tip side of the pillar 1 which has an inverted L shape.
The leading end side of the seat frame 2 is pivotally connected via a support shaft 3, and the left and right front ends of the side L-shaped back frame 4 extending from the lower part of the seat frame 2 to the rear upper part are connected via torsion bars 5 and 6, respectively. An elastic member 7 is interposed between the front part of the back frame 4 and the seat frame 2 above the front part of the back frame 4, so that the lower part of the back frame 4 is connected to the seat frame 2. A rocking device for a rotating chair, characterized in that it is configured to rotate and move up and down at approximately twice the rotation angle of the rotating chair.
