Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] Inside the main body case 1, a feed and take-up reel 4, 3 on which a cleaning tape 2 is wound is rotatably accommodated, and an application means 10 for applying a cleaning liquid to the cleaning tape 2 is arranged.
