ランプ６を挟着し、前記第１および第２の固定接
片に接離する第１の可動接片４１と第２の可動接
片４２を取付けたランプカバー２を前記外ケース
１に対しシーソ動作し得る如く取付け、このシー
ソ動作に伴ない各接片間の接離を行ないランプ６
の点滅を行ない得るようにしたことを特徴とする
