A polyethylene terephthalate copolymer polyester multifilament yarn and a polyamide filament yarn with a single filament fineness of 10 to 40 deniers and an irregular cross section are combined using a twisting machine at a twist rate ranging from 50 times/m to 200 times/m. The number of twists is reduced to 5 using a covering machine.

要旨とする。Alternatively, a knitted fabric is knitted using yarns intertwined with a number of entanglements of 30 threads/m or more using a compressed air method, and the polyamide filament yarn is dyed lighter than the polyester multifilament yarn. The main purpose of this paper is the manufacturing method of special glossy knitted fabrics.

Ethylene terephthalate copolymerized polyester multifilament yarn copolymerized with 8 to 1.8 mol% (hereinafter simply referred to as polyester multifilament yarn) is used in the present invention, and the yarn may be a drawn yarn, but it may be subjected to false twisting. More preferably, yarn or textured yarns such as knitted yarns are used. The denier of the entire yarn of the polyester multifilament yarn is preferably 100 to 200 deniers. If the single yarn fineness is less than 1 denier, the knitted fabric will be too soft and lack elasticity, which is not preferable. Further, if the single yarn fineness exceeds 5 denier, the knitted fabric becomes too stiff and is not suitable for sportswear or women's bottoms.

To produce an anisotropic special luster that can be seen by changing the viewing angle of the knitted fabric, a knitted fabric with a large fineness and an irregular cross section such as a triangular cross section or a flat cross section is required. It is necessary to use polyamide filament yarn in order to maintain softness despite its fineness. The most typical polyamides are nylon 6 and nylon 66, and aromatic polyamides are generally hard and therefore unsuitable. Here, if the single yarn fineness is less than 10 deniers, the power of reflected light is weak and it is not possible to produce a special shimmering anisotropic gloss. Furthermore, if the single yarn fineness exceeds 40 denier, the power of reflected light is strong enough, but even if it is made of polyamide filament yarn, the knitted fabric becomes stiff and cannot be used as clothing.

。When dyeing polyester multifilament yarn in the same bath as polyamide filament yarn, if you want only the polyester multifilament yarn to be dyed and not the polyamide filament yarn, or to dye the polyamide filament yarn in a very light color, dye the polyester multifilament yarn in a cationic bath. It is necessary to make the dye dyeable, and if the sulfoisophthalic acid component is copolymerized to 0.8 mol % or less based on the total acid component, the temperature during dyeing must be raised to a high temperature of 135° C. or higher.

る。As a result, the polyamide filament yarn becomes severely brittle and becomes unusable. On the other hand, if the sulfoisophthalic acid component is copolymerized to 1.8 mol% or more based on the total acid component, there will be no particular problem with the temperature during dyeing, but the strength of the resulting polyester multifilament yarn will decrease and the temporary As the strength is further reduced through processing steps such as twisting, the product becomes less practical after being made from a 5-knit fabric.

In addition to this, by making the filament cross-section of the polyamide filament yarn atypical, the reflected light can be made clearer, and a special flickering anisotropic gloss can be better produced.

。Here, the ratio of polyester multifilament yarn to polyamide filament yarn is preferably in the range of 3:1 to 8:1 in terms of the overall fineness of the mixed yarn; As the ratio of fibers approaches, the flickering anisotropic luster of the polyamide filament yarn becomes more pronounced, resulting in an unsettling luster.
