Claims (1)
巻線5を設けた強磁性体コアを備え、前記2次巻
線5を、円筒状絶縁部材21により互いに分離し
て同軸状に順次に重ねた複数個の円筒状巻線コイ
ル7をもつて構成するとともに、相互間に所定の
静電容量を有して順次に相隣るそれらの円筒状巻
線コイル7を順次にダイオード9を介して電気的
に相互に接続し、それらのダイオード9をすべて
同一極性に接続するとともに、各前記円筒状巻線
コイル7を順次に直列に接続したそれぞれ少なく
とも2層の巻線よりなる複数個のコイル要素27
によつて構成した高圧変圧器において、各前記円
筒状巻線コイル7を、それらのコイル7の相互間
に順次に前記円筒状絶縁部材を形成するようにし
た寸法が安定な円筒状コイル枠21に巻回すると
ともに、その円筒状コイル枠21の表面に設けた
複数個の円周方向の畝23により少なくとも10
個ずつの巻線溝25を区画し、それらの巻線溝2
5中に前記コイル要素27をそれぞれ巻回すると
ともに、各前記巻線溝25の深さを最大でその巻
線溝25の幅に等しくしたことを特徴とする高圧
