として第4工程で出来たものを型にして電気成形で型ど
りする。この型を第3図、数字4 で示す、第6エ程と
してこの金型を用いて通常の転写箔製造方法であるが、
プラスチックフィルムに熱ブレスによって金型のデジタ
ル信号を複製し、信号を内蔵したプラスチックフィルム
5 を作る。これを第4図で示す、第7エ程として第5
図で示すように、これにアルミニュームの蒸着膜6 を
施し、その上に接着剤7 例えばホットメルトを施し、
転写箔が出来上り、これを第8工程により熱圧着(ホッ
トスタンプ)でプラスチックカード8 に圧着し、確認
用カードが出来とる。
