Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔技術分野〕 本発明は、デイスク再生装置に関するものであ
り、特にカセツトテープレコーダーの如く蓋体を
本体に対して開閉してデイスクを装着脱させるデ
イスク再生装置に関するものである。 〔背景技術〕 最近、音声信号等のアナログ信号をデジタル信
号に変換し、記録媒体に記録するようにしたデジ
タル・オーデイオ・デイスク(DAD)が提案さ
れている。斯かるデジタル・オーデイオ・デイス
ク(DAD)は従来からのアナログ・オーデイ
オ・デイスク(AAD)と比較して、直径が12cm
(フイリツプス社が開発したコンパクトデイスク
の場合)と小さい、再生時間が長い、音質が良い
等の優れた効果を有するものである。又、デイス
クが小さく取扱いが簡単な為、カセツトテープの
ような装着脱方法が可能である。 〔目 的〕 カセツトテープレコーダーのように蓋を開閉し
ててデイスクを装着脱させるようにしたデイスク
再生装置であつて、蓋体を閉蓋方向へ少許押圧す
るだけで蓋体の閉蓋動作を行なわせるようにした
デイスク再生装置を提供するものである。 〔実施例〕 第1図はデイスク再生装置の概略斜視図で、1
はボトムシヤーシ、2はボトムシヤーシ1に取付
けられたドライブユニツトシヤーシで、デイスク
Dを駆動する為のモータユニツト3、デイスクD
に記録された情報を読み出す為の光学系を備えた
ピツクアツプ(図示せず)をデイスクDの半径方
向へ送る為のモータ4及びピツクアツプ送り機構
5が搭載されている。6はボトムシヤーシ1に取
付けられたローデイングユニツトシヤーシで、ロ
ーデイング用のモータ7、モータ7の回転駆動力
を減速する減速機及びカム9を有するカム部材
9′が搭載されている。 第2図及び第3図は夫々閉蓋状態及び開蓋状態
を示す側面図で、10は装置本体に対して開閉可
能な蓋体、11は蓋体10の回動中心となる軸、
12は蓋体10に固定された前面板、13は前面
板12に回転自在に取付けられたクランプ装置
で、装置本体側に設けられたターンテーブル14
と共にデイスクDをクランプする。例えば一方に
磁石、他方に磁性体を設け、磁気力にてデイスク
Dをクランプする。15は蓋体10と連動する連
動レバーで、一端が蓋体10の回動軸11に枢着
されると共に回動軸11に巻装されたバネ16に
て他端がカム部材9′のカム9に圧接されている。
15aは連動レバー15に形成された切起部、1
7,18はローデイングユニツトシヤーシ6に植
設された軸19に枢着された第1及び第2ロツク
レバーで、軸20にて連結されている。尚、第1
ロツクレバー17はカム部材10のカム9に追従
し、第2ロツクレバー18はロツク部18aを有
している。21は第1及び第2ロツクレバー1
7,18の動きに応じて移動する連結レバーで、
一端をロツクレバー17,18の連結軸20に固
着され、他端は長孔21aに軸22が遊嵌されて
いる。23は連結レバー21の移動時、クランプ
装置13をクランプ解除方向へ変位させる変位部
材で、蓋体10に固着された軸24を中心に一端
が軸22に固着されると共に他端が図においてク
ランプ装置13を構成する上板13aの左側に配
置されている。25は連動レバー15の両端間に
取付けられたL字状のレバーで、閉蓋検出用のス
イツチ26が載置されている。27は連動レバー
15に回転自在に取付けられたスイツチレバー
で、一端にスイツチ28が取付けられている。
又、スイツチレバー27は、バネ29にてスイツ
チ28がオンする方向(即ち、矢印G方向)へ付
勢されている。従つて、スイツチレバー27の他
端はカム部材9′のカム9に圧接し、カム9の動
きに追従する。 〔動 作〕 (i) 自動開蓋動作 第2図に示す閉蓋状態より例えばデイスクD
を交換する為に、開蓋用のスイツチ(図示せ
ず)を操作してローデイングユニツトシヤーシ
6に搭載されたローデイング用のモータ7を駆
動すると、斯かるモータ7の回転軸に取付けら
れたウオーム及び減速機を介してカム部材
9′に伝達され、カム部材9′はA方向へ回転さ
れる。第2図の状態よりカム部材9′がA方向
へ回転すると、カム9の突端部9aがロツクレ
バー17を押圧する為、ロツクレバー17,1
8はローデイングユニツトシヤーシ6に植設さ
れた軸19を支点としてB方向へ回動される。
斯様に第1及び第2ロツクレバー17,18が
B方向へ回動すると、一端が連結軸20に固着
された連結レバー21がC方向へ移動する。従
つて、連結レバー21の他端に遊嵌された軸2
2も長孔21aの端部にてC方向へ移動され
る。斯様に軸22がC方向へ移動すると、変位
部材23が蓋体10に固着された軸24を中心
にシーソー運動し、変位部材23の他端がクラ
ンプ装置13を構成する上板13aと当接す
る。斯かる当接によりクランプ装置13をデイ
スクDより離間する。然る後、カム部材9′の
A方向への回転に伴いカム部材9′のカム9に
圧接する連動レバー15がD方向へ回動する。
即ち、連動レバー15は蓋体10と連動するも
のであるから、蓋体10はE方向(開蓋方向)
へ回動する。 ところで、連動レバー15がD方向へ回動す
ると、連動レバー15に植設されたスイツチレ
バー27の支軸30もD方向へ移動するが、ス
イツチレバー27の他端はバネ29の付勢力に
よりカム部材9′のカム9に圧接している。斯
かるカム部材9′のA方向への回転により蓋体
10が所定角度開蓋すると、開蓋検出用のスイ
ツチ(図示せず)にて開蓋状態にあることを検
出し、ローデイング用のモータ7への電源供給
を断つ。斯様にして蓋体10の自動開蓋動作は
達成される。 (ii) 自動閉蓋動作 第3図に示す開蓋状態から第4図に示すよう
に蓋体10をバネ16の付勢力に抗して閉蓋方
向(即ち、E′方向)へ少許押圧すると、蓋体1
0と連動する連動レバー15はD′方向へ回動
し、連動レバー15のカム部材9′のカム9と
の圧接は解除される。また、斯かる連動レバー
15のD′方向への回動により連動レバー15
に植設されたスイツチレバー27の支軸30も
D′方向へ移動する。尚、この時もスイツチレ
バー27の一端はバネ29の付勢力にてカム部
材9′のカム9と圧接している。従つて、スイ
ツチレバー27は相対的に(即ち、図において
連動レバー15に対して)時計方向に回動した
ことになりスイツチレバー27の一端に取付け
られたスイツチ28の操作片28aが連動レバ
ー15に形成された切換部15aと当接し、ス
イツチ28をオンとする。 斯かるスイツチ28のオンによりローデイン
グ用のモータ7に電源が供給されるが、斯かる
モータ7は開蓋時と逆方向へ回転する。従つ
て、斯かるモータ7の回転駆動力がウオーム及
び減速機を介して伝達されるカム部材9′は
A′方向へ回転する。斯様にカム部材9′がA′方
向へ回転すると、カム部材9′のカム9に圧接
している連動レバー15及びスイツチレバー2
7が夫々D′方向及びF′方向へ回動する。従つ
て、蓋体10もE′方向(閉蓋方向)へ回動す
る。 斯かるカム部材9′のA′方向回転が継続さ
れ、カム9の突端部9bがロツクレバー17と
当接すると、ロツクレバー17,18はB方向
に変位する。この時、連結レバー15がC方向
へ移動し、変位部材23を変位させることによ
り変位部材23の一端をクランプ装置13の上
板13aと当接させるが、クランプ装置13

る。尚、連動レバー15は閉蓋状態に於いて、
カム部材9′のカム9にてロツクされている為、
第5図に示すようにL字状レバー25及びロツ
クレバー18のロツク部18aは必ずしも必要
としない。 〔効 果〕 閉蓋動作時、蓋体を閉蓋方向へ少許押圧するだ
けで自動的に且つ確実に閉蓋することが出来る。
