すると共に、該層状現像剤の上方にトナーを積層
状態に収容し、上記現像剤担持体の外周面側に配
設された現像剤層規制部材により、現像剤を現像
剤担持体上に塗布して現像を行なう現像装置にお
いて、上記現像容器内の現像剤層規制部材とは反
対側でトナー補給用開口の近傍に位置する撹拌部
