イパリンクに連結されたピボツトシヤフトを回動
自在に支持するピボツト本体と、前記カウルボツ
クス上に取付けられたカウルトツプグリルと、こ
のカウルトツプグリルに形成され前記ピボツト本
体挿通用の挿通孔とを備え、この挿通孔は前記ピ
ボツト本体との間に隙間を有する大きさに設定し
、前記ピボツト本体に前記隙間と連通する案内溝
を形成してこの案内溝の最低部を構成し、この最
低部に水抜き孔を設け、この水抜き孔に連続して
形成され前記ワイパリンクの作動範囲外であつて
前記カウルボツクス内に水を案内する水案内部を
