記録媒体上の情報の記録又は再生若しくは消去を
行なう光ピツクアツプ装置において、少なくとも
前記半導体レーザを備えて装置内に位置固定した
固定光学系を設け、前記対物レンズと、前記半導
体レーザから射出されたレーザ光をこの対物レン
ズ側に導く偏向部材と、前記半導体レーザから前
記偏向部材に向けて射出されたレーザ光の一部の
みを直進透過させる光束一部抜取り部材とを搭載
して前記光情報記録媒体に対して移動する移動光
学系を設け、前記光束一部抜取り部材により直進
透過したレーザ光を前記移動光学系側に向けて折
返し反射させるダハミラーを位置固定させて設け
、前記移動光学系内に配設されてこのダハミラー
による反射光を受光する２分割受光素子を設けた
