る主タンクと、この主タンクの出口に取り付けら
れた遮断弁と、上記主タンクに取り付けられた圧
力計と、この圧力計の出力信号を処理し、制御信
号を発生する制御手段と、上記補助タンクと反応
槽の間に設けられ、上記制御手段からの制御信号
に応じて開閉割作をする調圧弁とを備えたことを
