レームの軸孔に、この軸孔と嵌合する外周の軸芯
と内孔の軸芯とを偏心させた軸受管を回動自在に
軸支させ、この軸受管の前記内孔に軸支させた軸
を流体圧シリンダで回動させることによりこの軸
と連結部材で連結された前記左右の偏心軸受を同
期回動させるように構成するとともに、前記軸受
管の一端に連結されてこれをハンドル操作で回動
させる操作手段を設けたことを特徴とする輪転印
