スリーブ１３ないし拡径部のいずれか一方の開口
端に、周方向に所定間隔で配置され半径方向外方
に突出する複数の突片１２を形成すると共に、い
ずれか他方の開口端に、前記突片に相対的回動不
能に係合する凹所１４，１４ａと半径方向外方に
突出する縁部１５，１５ａとを形成し、 前記突片と凹所とが係合した状態で、前記突片
と縁部との間に弾性部材１６を介装したことを特
