Conventionally, the breaker body is held on a support and connected to a boom of a construction vehicle. This support usually consists of a rear bearing having a bracket part connected to the boom, and a front bearing clamped from the front, and both are tightened with connecting bolts to hold the breaker body. The breaker itself is a powerful vibrating body, and not only does it vibrate strongly, but it operates continuously for a long time, so the tightening bolts have a large effect, and the bolts may break due to fatigue or become loose. This may cause the support to wobble, causing the breaker body to fall off.
There was a risk of unexpected harm occurring, and safety precautions were required.

The structure of this device is a bolt insertion hole that connects the front and rear bearings that hold the breaker body, and a ring-shaped taper chamfer is applied to the contact area of the front and rear bearings, and a ring-shaped shock absorber such as rubber or plastic is placed in the space. A relaxation member is inserted and the space is strongly filled by tightening the bolt, and the bolt and front and rear bearings are integrally connected.

Since the bolt is integrally connected to the front and rear bearings by the insert at the middle part of the bolt, the vibration of the bolt is reduced, and it not only has the effect of preventing vibrations, loosening, and shaking of the bearing, but also has the effect of preventing vibrations from loosening and rattling of the bearing. It has waterproof and dustproof effects and increases the durability of the bolt.

1 is the breaker body, 2 is the front bearing, 3 is the rear bearing, and the rear bearing 3 has a bracket 4 that extends rearward.
The bracket 4 connects to the boom of a construction vehicle or the like. The front bearing 2 and the rear bearing 3 are connected by a tightening bolt 5, and the breaker main body 1 is supported inside. A fairly large taper 7 is chamfered across the entire length. The taper 7 is bored across both the front bearing 2 side and the rear bearing 3 side, and its shape need not be triangular in cross section as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. Any shape is sufficient as long as it allows the ring-shaped shock absorbing material 8 to be inserted, and when the shock absorbing material 8 is inserted and the bolt 5 is tightened, the front bearing 2, the rear bearing 3, and the bolt 5 are pushed in the direction. Any shape that works well is acceptable, and circular or other suitable cross-sectional shapes are also acceptable. As mentioned above, the shock absorbing material 8 is inserted into the hole formed by the taper 7, so its shape is roughly similar to the shape of the hole, and its size is smaller than that of the hole. It needs to be slightly large, so that when the bolt 5 is tightened, the shock absorbing material 8 is compressed and not only fills the entire hole, but also exerts pressure on the outer walls of the bolt 5, the front bearing 2, and the rear bearing 3. be. Therefore, the size differs depending on the material, and in the case of rubber or other relatively soft elastic materials, it may be much larger than the hole size; The force that presses on the outer wall is weak, and the effect as a relaxation material is low. On the other hand, if the material has relatively low compressibility such as plastic or soft metal, unless the shape is almost the same as the taper hole, the front bearing 2 and the rear bearing will be The contact surfaces of 3 no longer come into contact with each other, and the bolt 5 is not fully tightened. Therefore, in the case of a relatively hard shock absorbing material 8, it must be formed relatively accurately, similar to a tapered hole.

A ring-shaped taper 7 is formed on the contact surface of the bolt 5, and the shock absorbing material 8 inserted into this hole is compressed by tightening the bolt 5, and the bolt 5 and the front and rear bearings 2, 3 are integrally connected. There is no vibration, and no water or dust enters through the bolt holes.

As mentioned above, the present invention forms a ring-shaped taper on the contact surface of both bearings in the bolt hole that connects the front bearing and the rear bearing that hold the breaker body, and inserts a shock-reducing material into the space. By tightening the bolt, the relaxation material, the bolt, and the front and rear bearings are joined together, so there is no vibration of the bolt, which may cause the bolt to loosen and fall off, or the front and rear bearings to shake. Alternatively, damage due to fatigue is eliminated. Furthermore, since the bolt holes are completely sealed, there are many benefits such as waterproofing, dustproofing, and rustproofing, improved durability, and easier maintenance.
