でもタツプ未加工品のチエツクが必要となり、コ
スト高の要因となる。またタツピンネジを用いる
方法ではネジを回すトルクが大きく、化粧ネジ等
には採用できなかつた。

押出して結合ネジのネジ山の傾斜に対応した傾斜
面部5を形成し、該傾斜面部5にそつて結合ネジ
を部材1の円形孔2に螺挿するようにしたもので
ある。しかしながら、これであると切り目切断刃
の摩耗による切り目寸法の切断誤差、これに起因
する傾斜面部5の押出寸法誤差等によつて円形孔
2にバラツキが生じ、結合ネジを円形孔2に円滑
に螺挿できず部材の結合に手間どるという欠点が
あつた。また、上記円形孔2に切り目を施す切断
工程並びに傾斜面部5を形成する押出工程が必要
であり、それだけコスト高になると共に作業性が
悪いという欠点があつた。

19を形成する。したがつて、上記ネジ部材11
の先端を円形孔15に挿入して回転させると、ネ
ジ山14が円形孔15の周囲の凸部16,17の
傾斜面部18,19にそつて螺旋移動するので、
ネジ部材11は円形孔15にぐらつくことなく真
直ぐに螺合進入し、しかもその際小トルクでネジ
部材11をねじ込むことができる。

速に行なうことができ、しかげ化粧ネジとしても
使用することができる。
