Claims (1)
両端部に回転可能に駆動ローラと従動ローラとを
配置し、これらの駆動ローラおよび従動ローラと
の間に生地移送ベルトを掛けわたし、該生地移送
ベルトの一端側のフレームに対して互いに他と対
向する１対の軸受板を設け、これらの軸受板に帯
状の生地を巻き取つた繰り出しローラの軸を着脱
可能に軸支し、繰り出しローラから生地を順次繰
り出してそれぞれが独立した任意形状のクロワツ
サン生地を成形するようにしたものにおいて、 繰り出しローラから繰り出された生地の幅方向
に切り目を入れる第１カツター刃ブロツクと、こ
の第１カツター刃ブロツクの次段に配置されかつ
生地の長手方向に切れ目を入れてそれぞれを独立
した任意形状のクロワツサン生地に切り離す第２
カツター刃ブロツクと、これらの第１および第２
カツター刃ブロツクのシヤフトを挿抜かつ回転可
能に軸支する互いに他と対向する軸受板を有する
カツターホルダと、これらの軸受板から上記のカ
ツター刃ブロツクのシヤフトをそれぞれ抜出する
ために設けられた出し入れ開口部と、上記のカツ
ターホルダの一端側を前記のフレームに対して回
動可能に取り付ける回転軸と、から成るクロワツ
サン用カツター装置。 (2) 第１カツター刃ブロツクが、生地の幅方向
にＶ字状の切れ目を入れる複数のＶ字形カツター
刃からなるＶ字形カツター刃ブロツクであり、第
