- 円盤形の受刃３を所定ピツチで低速回転軸４に
貫通並設するとともに、各受刃３に対応する円盤
形の切刃５を所定ピツチＤ１で高速回転軸８に貫
通並設してある円盤形茎桿細断装置であつて、前
記切刃５に、刃縁全周を折り取り除去するための
切込み線３６を形成してある円盤形茎桿細断装置
。
