Claims (1)
- 電極板に中心をずらして並べたあけた円形穴と
円形穴との重合した部分円弧にて形成される相対
向した複数の放電尖端部を並べて誘電体部材を介
して四角形フレームに取付けた高圧電極部材と、
これらの電圧電極部材の平板面を平行して介在さ
せてフレームに取付けた複数の接地電極部材とよ
りなる接地電極部材とよりなり、高圧電極部材の
相対向する複数の放電尖端部と接地電極部材との
間のコロナ放電間隙によりオゾンを発生させるよ
うにしたことを特徴とするオゾン発生器の電極構
造。
