慣性体を駆動する油圧モータと、及びその油圧モ
ータの回転方向を制御するための方向切換弁とか
ら構成される旋回慣性体駆動油圧回路において、
方向切換弁と、油圧モータの間に高圧選択のため
のシヤトル弁、方向切換弁が中立の時に開となり
アキユームレータに圧油を導くための蓄圧用切換
弁、蓄圧時にブレーキ圧を一定に保持するための
シーケンス弁、圧油を蓄えるアキユームレータ、
及び、方向切換弁が中立以外の時に開となり、ア
キユームレータの圧油を旋回慣性体駆動油圧回路
に圧油を供給する、供給用切換弁を設け、旋回慣
性体制動時に一定の制動圧を保持しながらアキユ
ームレータに蓄圧し、旋回慣性体駆動時にアキユ
ームレータから圧油を駆動油圧回路に供給するが
その際に、アキユームレータの最低作動圧を可変
油圧ポンプの定馬力制御での最低圧とし、アキユ
ームレータによる、圧油の供給を可変油圧ポンプ
の定馬力制御域のみで行ない、且、アキユームレ
ータで圧油供給しない場合は、可変油圧ポンプの
出力馬力を従来馬力とし、アキユームレータで圧
油供給する場合は、アキユームレータの平均出力
馬力だけ可変油圧ポンプの出力馬力を下げる制御
を行なうことを特徴とする旋回式掘削機の旋回エ
