トヘツドにおいて、前記インクジエツトヘツドの
複数色のノズルの位置に対応して各々独立したイ
ンク液室を有するノズル基板をセラミツク材料に
より形成し、該ノズル基板に前記インク液室、イ
ンク流入口、インク流出口およびインク導入路を
、フオト・エツチングにより一体的に構成したこ
とを特徴とするマルチノズルインクジエツトヘツ
ド。
