前記電圧出力用ターミナルの他端と接続され外部
に圧電素子からの電気信号を伝達する外部出力用
ターミナルと、ケース本体に位置決めされ前記外
部出力用ターミナルの一端が固定されかつ内部に
前記電圧出力用ターミナルの貫通穴が貫通された
ベースと、を備えたノツキングセンサにおいて、
前記ベースの貫通穴に前記電圧出力用ターミナル
の他端を挿入し、前記外部出力用ターミナルと前
記電圧出力用ターミナルの他端とを接続すること
を特徴とするノツキングセンサ。 (2) 前記振動子の中央部にはプロジエクシヨン
溶接用の貫通穴が設けられて、前記振動板と前記
支持部とがプロジエクシヨン溶接されて固着され
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1
)項記載のノツキングセンサ。 (3) 前記電圧出力用ターミナルは前記圧電素子
の中央に設けられたプロジエクシヨン溶接用穴の
径に沿つて配置された薄板形状部を有することを

電圧出力用ターミナルの接続近傍に応力回避用の
