ターを付設するとともに、前記フイルターに洗浄
液を供給する洗浄装置を付設し、かつ、その洗浄
装置への洗浄液供給管に弁機構を介装した厨房用
換気設備において、 ガス使用量を検出するガス使用量検出手段と、 前記ガス使用量検出手段における検出ガス使用
量が設定量を越えたときに、設定量の洗浄液を供
給する洗浄液供給制御手段とを備えたことを特徴
とする厨房用換気設備。 (2) 前記洗浄液供給制御手段が、設定量の洗浄
液を供給する間のみ前記弁機構を自動的に開くも
のである前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記
載の厨房用換気設備。 (3) 前記洗浄液供給制御手段が、前記ガス使用
量検出手段における検出ガス使用量が設定量を越
えたことを報知する報知手段と、前記弁機構が開
かれてから設定量の洗浄液が供給された後に前記
弁機構を自動的に閉じる閉弁手段とから成るもの
