PURPOSE:To facilitate an impedance matching and to improve a circularly polarized wave ratio ranging to a wide angle providing plural slots to make a phase center into the same to be provided at a ground conductor at an equal interval of 90 deg., plural feeding lines and a feeding circuit to execute the equal amplitude 90 deg. phase difference feeding to the slot through the feeding lines. CONSTITUTION:An orthogonal slot 1 is provided by crossing itself to a ground conductor 5, and feeding lines 2 and 3, and a feeding circuit 4 are provided through a dielectric 19 to the other surface side of the ground conductor 5. By executing an equal amplitude 90 deg. phase difference feeding with the feeding lines 2 and 3 and the feeding circuit 4 to a slot 1a of the longitudinal direction of the orthogonal slot 1 and a slot 1b of the lateral direction, the circularly polarized wave is obtained.
