る順次電圧印加回路と、前記の検出回路に直列に
設けられた検出用の電源部と前記の制御回路に発
生する地絡を検出して外部出力と表示装置を作動
させる電流を発生する地絡電流検出器と検出回路
の接地とを備え、地絡を修複した後に装置を再起
動させる再スタートスイツチを設けたことを特徴
