- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光源と集光手段を備えてスポツト照射する光学
系において、 光源からの発散光のうち中心部光束をそのまま
透過してメインスポツト生成用の主光束とする透
過部分と、該中心部光束外の周辺部光束を回折素
子を介してサブスポツト生成用の回折光とする回
折部分とを有する光学素子を備え、 該光学素子を前記光源と集光手段の間に配置し
たことを特徴とする光学系。
