Claims (1)

の上端に口部と肩部とが一体成型された合成樹脂
製ヘツドを結合して成る押し出しチユーブであつ
て、 前記ヘツドは外層体と内層体との二つの部材の
結合体によつて形成され、 前記外層体は防湿性を有する合成樹脂材料で形
成され、前記内層体はガスバリア性を有する合成
樹脂材料で形成されており、そして前記胴部の内
面層が前記外層体と同質の合成樹脂材料で形成さ
れていて、この胴部内面が前記外層体の肩部に隣
接してその接触面が融着されており、 更に前記ヘツドの口部上端部分に該口部を閉じ
る盲蓋を有し、該盲蓋は薄いアルミニユームシー
トを基材としてこのアルミニユームシートの上面
に前記ヘツドの外層体に対して融着可能な合成樹
脂被膜が、下面に接着性樹脂又は塗料による被膜
が積層された薄い複合積層シートで形成されてお
り、更に前記盲蓋はその周縁部分が前記外層体の
受座面と内層体の上端面との間に挟まれ且つ盲蓋
の上面被膜が外層体に融着されている事を特徴と
する、盲蓋付き押し出しチユーブ。 前記第項に記載のチユーブに於いて、前記
防湿性を有する合成樹脂材料はポリエチレン又は
ポリプロピレンから選択され、前記ガスバリア性
を有する合成樹脂材料はポリエチレンテレフタレ
ート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート等の熱可塑性
合成樹脂材料又はメラミン、ユリア、フエノール
等の熱硬化性合成樹脂材料から選択される、盲蓋
付き押し出しチユーブ。 前記第項乃至第項に記載のチユーブに於
いて、前記盲蓋の上面被膜は低密度ポリエチレン
又はポリプロピレンから成り、下面被膜はウレタ
ン系合成樹脂又はエポキシ含有合成樹脂又は塗料
から成る、盲蓋付き押し出しチユーブ。 前記第項に記載のチユーブに於いて、前記
盲蓋のアルミニユームシートの厚みが20〜10
0μであり、上面被膜の厚みが10〜50μであ

部又は凹部を備え、前記外層体の下端面に前記嵌
合凸部又は凹部に緊密に嵌合する嵌合凹部又は凸
部を有し、これら凹凸部が緊密に嵌合されている
