固定することとしたことにより、以下の理由によ
りその作業工程が更に簡略化される。すなわち、
第5図に示すように、従来の篩1′の様に外向き
の鍔部5′に金網6′を固定するものにおいては、
外向きの鍔部5′に溶接等により金網6′を固定す
る際には、鍔部5′の付け根に力が作用するため
円筒枠2′の下方開口部が外側にいびつに拡がり、
そのため金網6′を張つた状態で固定することが
難しくなると共に、前記鍔部5′の下面と台枠
3′の鍔部7′の上面とを密着させることが難しく
なり、固定輪4′の凹部9′と嵌り合う凸部を形成
することができなくなるという問題が生じるた
め、通常まず鍔部5′を外方に傾斜させておいて、
スポツト溶接により金網6′を一応取り付けた後、
円筒枠2′に別途の固定枠等を取り付け前記開口
部が拡がらないように調整した上で、鍔部5′を
直立させながら金網6′を張つた状態に調節して

で、金網6′の張り工程にはかなりの熟練と手間

手間や熟練が要求されないので非常に能率良く金
網6を固定することができ生産性の向上がもたら
される。
