ＩＣカードにおいて、入出力端子と入出力端子保
護用シヤツター、シヤツターの外部コネクターに
よる自動開閉および人手による開閉機構を備え、
かつ、該ＩＣカードがバネを内蔵し、コネクター
への挿入時および人手によるシヤツター開放時を
除き、入出力端子保護用シヤツターが、上記内蔵
バネによつて、常時閉状態を保つ構造を備えたこ
