【考案の詳細な説明】
従来の小型ジヤツクにおける匣体に対するプラ
グ差込メタルとアース端子の取付け技術は、プラ
グ差込メタルを嵌込む嵌孔とアース端子を嵌通さ
せる嵌溝を側壁に設けた樹脂匣体を予め加工製作
しておいて、その嵌孔に該メタルをプレス治具を
用いて圧嵌し、そのメタル後端部を匣内に突出さ
せておいて、嵌溝を通してアース端子の基部をそ
の突出後端部に匣内において嵌着せしめ、その突
出後端部をプレス治具でアース端子のかしめ付け
と共に匣内壁にかしめ付けて構成するものである
から、その匣内でのかしめ付け作業は容易ではな
いし、かしめ付け不充分が生じたり或は又、メタ
ル圧嵌により匣壁にバリ等が生じ易くなるし、そ
の上、かしめ部は匣内に露出するので、可動端子
がプラグの挿込みでスイツチ可動する際、小型匣
体においてはカシメ部に接触してシヨート事故を

付ガタを皆無ならしめると共に完全なる絶縁を図
り、可動端子のシヨート事故を絶無ならしめるこ

間がなくなるし、又、圧嵌したメタルの匣内突出
の後端部に対し匣内においてアース端子をかしめ

タル1の後部にアース端子4を取付けるのである
から、その取付け作業は実に簡便容易に行われる
結果、小型ジヤツク部品の組立製作を非常に省力
化できて至便であるし、且つ匣体6の樹脂成型同
時に該差込メタル1の後端部2を、匣内壁面に露
出させないように埋設し、且つ匣壁内に上記メタ
ル1の穴に通ずる開口10を形成させるものであ
るから、匣壁にメタル嵌込みの嵌孔やアース端子
の嵌溝の加工をする必要がなく、匣体成型が簡単
となるし、又、該差込メタル1の後部の匣壁に対
する匣内壁面に露出させない埋設とアース端子4
の下方部の埋設により、取付ガタや圧嵌による匣
壁のバリ等の発生が全く起らず、更に完全絶縁と
なつて電気的性能が安定し、可動端子7のシヨー
ト事故のおそれが絶無であり、又、アース端子4
のかしめ付け作業が著しく簡単であるため小型ジ
