チのローゼツト構造の改良に関する。

ローゼツト部分を有する操作スイツチ、たとえ
ばセレクタースイツチ(キー操作により選択開閉
するスイツチで、パネル表面よりスイツチの本体
を挿入してパネル裏面よりナツト諦めにて取付け
固定する構造のもの)においてはその取付表面の
ローゼツト部分の形状に各種のものが市販されて
いる。第1図はその一例で代表的な表面形状を示
し、第1図aの長方形、第1図bの正方形、第1
図cの円形などがあつて取付けられるべきパネル
に相応しいデザイン形状のものが選ばれる。この
ように単純に表面形状だけをとりあげても種類が
多く(他に色、材質による別などがあつて)、多
種少量生産となる虞れがある。この種のセレクタ
ースイツチの従来構造の縦断面を第2図に示し、
第2図における−線に沿う矢視の縦断面を第
3図に示す。図において1はその表面形状が様々
なるローゼツト部分で、取付けられるべきパネル
2を挾んでナツト3にて締付け取付けられる構造
である。本体部分の構造ならびに動作を概略説明
すると、まず差込んだキー4を捻回することによ
り、ローター5およびこれに連動している駒6が
回転し、駒6の脚7が押棒8のカム面9上を摺動
することにより押棒8は案内10に案内されなが
らバツクスプリング11に抗して押下げられる。
この動きに伴い接点部12を駆動する押駒13は
押圧され接点部12は動作させられる。このよう
な動作によりキー4の回転位置によつて接点部1
2の開路または閉路状態を選択する。このような
構造のセレクタースイツチではローゼツトの表面
形状変更による取換えはローゼツト部分のみ取換
えるということはできず、ローゼツトの表面形状
に応じてスイツチ全体を準備在庫して置かねばな
らず在庫管理上極めて不都合であつた。

従来構造におけるローゼツト部分は本考案に基づ
いてフランジ部1aと、これに嵌り込むスリーブ
状胴体部1bとに分割される。このフランジ部1
aと胴体部1bとは第4図、第5図に見られるご
とくパネル2を挾んでナツト3にて締付け取付け
られる。このナツト3による締付けによりフラン
ジ部1aの段部14と胴体部1bのあご部15と
がぴつたり合わされる。フランジ部1aと胴体部
1bとの組合わせを第6図、第7図により詳細に
説明すると、第6図は第4図における−線に
沿う矢視の横断面図で、第7図はフランジ部1a
の斜視図であつて、フランジ部1aにはリブ16
が設けられ、胴体部1bに設けられた溝17に嵌
り込み、すなわちスプライン結合によつて回転方
向に対する位置決めとなつている。フランジ部1
aは一例として第7図a,b,cに示すような形
状のものがあるが、他に任意の形状のものを簡単
に組合わせることもできる。第8図はフランジ部
1aをまだ取付けていないセレクタースイツチの
本体の斜視図で、これに前記フランジ部1aの任
意の形状のものを組合わせる場合には接点部12
側よりフランジ部1aを挿入する。その後フラン
ジ部1aにあるリブ16を胴体部1bの溝17に
一致させ段部14をあご部15に当接させて組合
わせる。

するだけで多くの要求に対応し得る多種類の操作
スイツチを得ることができ、生産管理が容易とな
る効果がある。そして、ローゼツト部分がフラン
ジ部と胴体部とに分割されていても両者をスプラ
イン結合するとともに、フランジ部の開口の入口
付近に設けた段部胴体部の外周に張り出したあご
部を受け止めるようにしているので、パネルへ取
付けた状態においては胴体部がパネルの内側にお
いてナツト締めされることより、フランジ部がパ
ネル表面へ押付けられて固定されるので、従来の
一体形のローゼツトを有する操作スイツチと全く
同様にパネルへ確実に取付けることができる効果
もある。
