これをランプなどによつて操作者に知らせる予約
不能表示手段8が設けてあり、これによつて操作
者が患者に日時の変更をさせ、その変更日時を改
めて3の入力手段によつて入力し、上記可能の判
定ができるまでこれをくり返えすように構成され
ている。なお、1点鎖線で示すS5信号はあらか
じめ設定した日時ごとの予約人数に達し、これら
の登録表示が完了したとき、その時間の記憶デー

約が可能のとき点滅することでそれを表示し、予
約完了時消灯するようにしてある。日付表示部1
5の右方の3個キー21は上記日付表示部15の
1週間毎更新するものであり、1Wはつぎの1週
目、2Wは2週目、3Wは3週目の日付を変更す
る週送りキーであり、このため予約受付期間を4
週間にしうるものである。その右のキー22はフ
アンクシヨンキーであり、第1図で示した受付開
始に先立ち操作者が設定する時間当り予約人数設
定や、その修正、あるいは休診日時の指定などの
キー操作の際操作するものであり、その下段に上
記予約人数設定キーCAP23、休診指定キー
CLO24、予約人数修正キーAME25がある。
テンキー部26は(−)を含め0〜9までの数字
テンキー27と予約受付内容すべてを取消し、初
期の状態にもどす初期化キーRUB28とを備え、
テンキー27に入力される人定コードNo.、カルテ
No.、あるいは上記設定予約人数などを上記15と
同様LEDにて表示するエンターコード表示部2

ルテNo.を印字し、取出孔37から予約券として取
出すようにしてある。矢印標識38は上記印字中
点滅するランプ39を有している。つぎに第3図
によつてたとえば待合室の壁にかけ、患者が1目
で当日から向う1週間から4週間の全ての時間帯
の予約状況が判る予約状況表示盤40について述
べる。横方向に6ケ設けた日付表示部41は上記
操作盤日付表示部15と同様LEDを用いたもの
であるが、日付更新は1日ごとまたは複数日ごと
に行うようにしてある。タテ方向の時間帯表示部
は操作盤の17と同様カードの挿替自在のもので
ある。44は上記操作盤10との信号回線であ
る。マトリツクス状に配列した表示ランプはたと
えば(〓)のように点灯することによつてその日
時は予約満員を患者に知らせる。患者の希望日時
がこの表示盤の未点灯日時であれば受付に申込め
ば予約券が手交される。なお盤上に希望日時が点
灯しているばあいは側方に設けてある週切換盤4

ち修正キー25、人数設定キー23の順に押した
のちテンキー27によつて修正人数を設定し、最
後にエンターキー33を押すステツプ56〜61
の操作を行えばよい。図は上記同様ある特定の
日時が休診に決まつたとき行う操作であり、フア
ンクシヨンキー22を押したのち休診指定キー2
4を押し、つぎに上記特定日時予約キー16を連
続的に押し、丁度予約満員と同じ表示がでたと
き、エンターキー33を押すステツプ62〜65
の操作を行うのである。再び第4図にもどつて上
記初期設定56が完了すれば患者の予約受付をは
じめる。すなわちステツプ66で患者の人定コー
ドNo.、およびカルテNo.をテンキー27にて入力
し、そのNo.をエンタコード表示部29にて確認す
るステツプ67を経て、つぎのステツプ68にて
日時予約キー16の希望日時を入力する。しかる
のちエンターキー33を押せば、ステツプ70に
よつてその予約の可否が判定される。否のばあい
上記予約キー16のランプ18が点灯し、これを
患者に告げ、その日時の取消しを求めるステツプ
71,72を経て操作者がキヤンセルキー32を
押したのち再度日時を改めて予約キー16を入力
するステツプ68にもどる。また上記ステツプ7
0の時点で患者が予約を取消すと初期化キー28
を押せばステツプ66以前の状態にもどす。ステ
ツプ70にて予約受付可能と判定されると予約日
時キーのランプ18は点灯せず、確認ランプ19
の点滅も消灯してつぎのステツプ73に自動的に
移り、プリンタ部35は第6図に示すような予約
券74を印字してその取出口37から送り出す。
第6図において75は人定コードNo.、76はカル
テNo.であり、77,78の数字はそれぞれ予約月
日および診療時間帯である。この予約券74がプ

装置のメモリに設定された予約人数枠たとえば10

Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 つぎの各構成要件を備えてなる診療日時予約
装置。 (ア) 診療日時ごとの予約人数をあらかじめ設定
する手段。 (イ) 患者の所望する予約日時ならびに患者人定
コードを入力する手段。 (ウ) 前記設定ならびに入力される予約データを
逐次記憶する記憶手段。 (エ) 入力された予約データを前記記憶手段に既
に記憶されたデータと比較し、あらかじめ設
定した日時ごとの予約人数に達しているか否
かを判定する予約可否判定手段。 (オ) 前記予約可否判定手段によつて可と判定さ
れたとき、前記入力された予約データを登録
し、これを表示するとともに、否と判定され
たとき、予約不能の表示をする表示手段。 (カ) 前記記憶手段の記憶されたデータを、前記
あらかじめ設定した日時ごとの予約人数に達
し、それの登録・表示の完了したとき、消去
