記レンズと上記後枠との間に、該後枠に嵌合する
外枠と、該外枠に回転自在で上記レンズの外周部
に嵌合する内枠とからなる回転アダプタリングを
介装すると共に、上記後枠と上記カメラ本体との
間に、両者の相対回転を阻止する回り止め手段を
