In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a light-transmitting hollow member made of glass or the like and having a substantially square cross section, and is shaped like an elongated tube. and,
The inside of this transparent hollow member 1 is divided at one diagonal position by a reflecting plate 2 made of, for example, an aluminum plate, and one side is configured as a solar collector chamber 3 and the other side as a lighting chamber 4. There is. The reflecting plate 2 has a selective absorption film 2a on the surface facing the solar collector chamber 3, and a reflective film 2b on the surface facing the lighting chamber 4.

In this case, a construction is incorporated in the construction of the block panel such that a heat medium such as water is supplied to the solar collector chamber 3 from one end of the hollow member 1 and taken out from the other end.

利用できる。 Therefore, as shown in Fig. 3a, such a panel block A, in addition to the heat insulation and sound insulation functions, also has the functions of receiving heat rays from the sun into the solar collector chamber 3 and warming the water. The heat collection function shown in Figure 3b and a part of the sunlight is reflected by the selective absorption film 2a and entered into the lighting room 4 as shown by the arrow in Figure 3c, and reflected by the reflective film 2b to introduce the light into the room. Lighting function occurs. Note that there is air in the lighting room 4, and this acts as a heat insulating layer. In addition, the selective absorption film 2a is provided on one surface of the reflection plate 2 to effectively achieve both the effect of absorbing thermal energy in the solar collector chamber 3 and the effect of letting light into the room via the lighting chamber 4. This is to achieve. It goes without saying that the reflecting plate 2 may be made of a highly heat-insulating material made of aluminum foil stacked in multiple layers with an air layer of about 1000 angstroms in between. Furthermore, optical fibers or the like may be arranged in all or some of the light-collecting chambers 4 of the hollow light-transmitting member 1 to introduce light from the outside, or an appropriate light source may be provided to serve as auxiliary illumination. In this case, auxiliary lighting can be used both indoors and outdoors.
