Claims (1)
- 内部に吸着剤を充填するとともに加温手段と冷
却手段とを有する少なくとも二つ以上の吸着塔と
、該吸着塔を並列に接続しそれぞれの系路を切替
え可能な手段と、前記それぞれの系路を真空排気
可能な手段とから成り、極低温冷凍装置の圧縮機
と冷凍機との間の常温部の回路に設けたことを特
徴とする極低温冷凍装置用吸着装置。
