最近、架空配電線を放電クランプを介して装柱の腕金に
取付けて落雷による事故を防止することが試みられてい
る。このような放電クランプを設置するなめには従来架
空配電線を腕金に取付けている碍子を取外し、その後こ
の放電クランプが取付けられる。最近このような柱上で
の活線工事をロボットによって安全に行なうことが提案
されているが、この場合にロボットアームの先端に取付
けられるべきナツト脱着工具が要求される。碍子または
放電クランプを取付けるべきナツトはこのナツトに係合

るロボットアームに取付けられた固定枠と、固定枠に摺
動自在に支持され工具本体を搭載してこの工具本体をナ
ツトに対して進退するように摺動する可動枠と、固定枠
に取付けられ可動枠を固定枠上を摺動するように駆動す
る直線駆動源とを備え、工具本体は可動枠上に回転自在
に支持された駆動軸にユニバーサルジヨイントを介して

工具の使用状態を示す、この架空配電線用ナツト脱着工
具10は、図示しない架空配電線を支持する碍子等を固
定するナツトを脱着する円筒形のスパナから成るナツト
脱着工具本体12と、架空配電線付近まで工具本体12
を移動するロボットアーム14(第3図参照)に取付け
られるフランジ16aを有する固定枠16と、この固定
枠16に摺動自在に支持され工具本体12を搭載してこ
の工具本体12をナツトに対して進退するように可動枠
18と、可動枠18に取付けられこの可動枠18を固定
枠16上を摺動するように駆動するエアシリンダから成
る直線駆動源20とを備えている。直線駆動源20は第
2図に示すように山形ブラケッ)20aを介して可動枠
18に取付けられ、また直線駆動源20のピストンロッ
ド20bの先端に設けられたクレビス体20Cが固定枠
16の連結アーム18bと係合しており、直線駆動源2
0にエアを供給することによりそのシリンダ本体が固定
状態のピストンロッド20bに対して軸線方向に移動し
て可動枠18を摺動するようにしている。工具本体12
は可動枠18上に設けられた軸受22,22′によって
回転自在に支持された駆動軸24にユニバーサルジヨイ
ント26を介して接続され、且つ可動枠18には駆動軸
24を回転駆動するエアモータの如き流体モータ28が
搭載されている。尚、符号29は流体モータの消音器で
ある。この流体モータ28は減速@30.プーリ・ベル
ト機構32によって駆動軸24に接続されている。尚、
第1図から解るように、ユニバーサルジヨイント26は
工具本体を弾力的にナツトに係合することができるよう
にばね34によって軸線に対して上下左右に揺動するこ

収縮状態にしておき、工具本体12内に係合されたナツ
ト38が碍子36または放電クランプに螺合されるよう
にロボットアーム14を操作し、流体モータ28を逆方
向に駆動しつつ直線駆動源20を伸張する。このように
すると、工具本体12はナツト3Bを碍子36または放
