Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the automatic securing and removal of a nut for fixing an insulator and the like on an electrically energized overhead wire by providing a movable frame slidable on a fixed frame secured to a robot arm via a linear driving source and mounting the movable frame with a nut securing and removing tool driven for turn with a hydraulic motor. CONSTITUTION:The crevis body 20c of the piston rod 20b of a linear driving source 20 is coupled to the connection arm 16b of a fixed frame 16 secured to a robot arm 14, thereby making a cylinder proper 20 slidable. A movable frame 18 is fixed to the cylinder proper 20 and made slidable together with the cylinder proper 20. に支持された駆動軸にユニバーサルジヨイントを介して
接続され。

られるフランジ16aを有する固定枠16と、この固定
枠16に摺動自在に支持され工具本体12を搭載してこ
の工具本体12をナツトに対して進退するように可動枠
18と、可動枠18に取付けられこの可動枠18を固定
枠16上を摺動するように駆動するエアシリンダから成
る直線駆動源20とを備えている。直線駆動源20は第
2図に示すように山形ブラケッ)20aを介して可動枠
18に取付けられ、また直線駆動源20のピストンロッ
ド20bの先端に設けられたクレビス体20Cが固定枠
16の連結アーム18bと係合しており、直線駆動源2
0にエアを供給することによりそのシリンダ本体が固定
状態のピストンロッド20bに対して軸線方向に移動し
て可動枠18を摺動するようにしている。工具本体12
は可動枠18上に設けられた軸受22,22′によって
回転自在に支持された駆動軸24にユニバーサルジヨイ
ント26を介して接続され、且つ可動枠18には駆動軸
24を回転駆動するエアモータの如き流体モータ28が
搭載されている。尚、符号29は流体モータの消音器で
ある。この流体モータ28は減速@30.プーリ・ベル
ト機構32によって駆動軸24に接続されている。尚、
第1図から解るように、ユニバーサルジヨイント26は
工具本体を弾力的にナツトに係合することができるよう
にばね34によって軸線に対して上下左右に揺動するこ
とができるようになっている。
