絶縁トロリー線において、少なくとも前記導体と
反対側近傍の前記絶縁被覆の外周部分に自己温度
制御形ヒーターを配置し、その上に必要により抑
え部材を介して保温材層を形成し、さらに必要に
よりその上に放熱層を形成したことを特徴とする
