Conventionally, representative methods for constructing walls with tiles include the sill method and the joint method. The crosspiece method is a construction method mainly used for large special tiles, in which crosspieces are attached to the formwork according to the tile distribution, and the tiles are arranged along the crosspieces, but the crosspieces themselves have a structure that absorbs the dimensional errors of the tiles. There is no function to fix this, and the tiles must be fixed by nailing, etc., and it takes a lot of effort to apply tape to prevent mortar paste from leaking from the gap between the crosspiece and the tile. It takes time and is difficult to finish afterwards. On the other hand, the joint method is a construction method in which pre-formed joints made of rubber, styrofoam, etc. are attached to the formwork, and the tiles are fitted into these and fixed, but this method is used because the dimensions of the joints and tiles are fixed. Problems include the need to prepare several types of joints depending on the size of the tiles, and the layout process is laborious and expensive, and there is a lot of leftover material, making it unsuitable for small tiles. The dot was hot.

In order to achieve the above object, the joint rod for tile allocation of the present invention is made of a hard elastic member, is fixed to the formwork, and holds the tiles between them. The joint bar and the vertical joint bar are cut into appropriate lengths, and the horizontal joint bar is located at one of the two intersections between the formwork contact surface and both tile contact surfaces. A notch is formed along the longitudinal direction of the material to form a compression absorbing portion, and the notch is fixed to the formwork with the notch facing downward, and the vertical joint bar is connected to the formwork. Notches are formed along the longitudinal direction of the two intersections between the contact surface and the contact surfaces of both tiles to form compression absorbing sections on both the left and right sides, and are fitted and fixed vertically between the upper and lower horizontal joint bars. It is characterized by the fact that it is made to do so.

In addition to its original function as a joint member, this joint bar 1 also serves as a tile fixing and crosspiece function, and is made of hard elastic materials such as polyurethane rubber, chloroprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, and foamed polyethylene. do. Furthermore, the compression absorbing portion 4 absorbs and holds the unevenness of tiles when the tiles are fitted into the squares divided by the joint bars 1, and the dimension D of the protruding portion is the size of the tile. It is selected appropriately depending on the length and weight and the material of the elastic member used for the rod-shaped body 2. Therefore, the width L of the rod-shaped body 2 is set to be slightly longer than the joint width to be constructed in consideration of the amount of compression of the compression absorbing portion 4. To attach this joint bar 1 to the formwork, after cutting it to the desired length, it can be easily fixed with double-sided adhesive tape, nailing, etc. along the markings, and it can be used repeatedly. be.

Figures 2A to 2D show other embodiments of the present invention, in which A is a joint bar 1A in which notches 3 are provided on both sides of the formwork contact surface 2a, B and C are notches 3, respectively.
is formed into a sloped shape 3a, and joint bars 1B and 1C are provided on one side and both sides, and d is a notch 3 on both sides.
This shows a joint bar 1D formed into a curved slope shape 3b.
In this way, when the notch 3 is provided on one side of the formwork contact surface 2a, it serves as a horizontal joint member. Also,
When provided on both sides, it can be used as a vertical joint member to better absorb the unevenness of the left and right tiles.

Figures 3A and 3B are explanatory diagrams showing the working state of the joint bar, and when joint bars 1', 1' with a square cross section without a notch 3 are attached to the top and bottom of the formwork 5 as shown in Figure 3A, When the tile A is inserted, the tile contacting surface 2b' of the rod-shaped body 2' is compressed and deformed inward, and the reaction force will hold the tile A, but the formwork contacting surface 2a' is not covered with adhesive, etc. Since the tile A is fixed to the formwork 5, it does not deform, and a space V is created between the tile A and the formwork 5, which tends to make the tile wall surface uneven. If it is pushed between the bars 1', 1', the formwork contact surface 2a' will separate and it will no longer be able to support the tile.

Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the state in which the joint rods of the present invention are attached to a formwork to form a tile wall surface B. That is, 6 is an outer formwork, and on its inner surface, partition members 7 are horizontally installed at appropriate intervals above and below to form a number of blocks C. For each block C, vertical and horizontal markings are made in accordance with the tile division, and first, the joint rods 1 are fixed with double-sided adhesive tape or the like with the notches 3 facing downward along the horizontal markings. Next, the notches 3 are inserted between the horizontal joint rods 1, 1 along the vertical markings.
The joint bar 1A is fixed with the joint bars 1 and 1A on the left and right. Thus, the tile A can be easily and securely held by fitting the tile A into the grid formed by the joint bars 1 and 1A. That is, even if the tiles A vary in size, the compression absorbing part 4 absorbs the error and the tiles can be fitted without difficulty, and the tiles are fitted against the elasticity of the joint bar 1, which is made of an elastic material as a whole, so that the tiles are securely held. Furthermore, the compression absorbing part 4 is compressed and deformed by fitting the tile A into the grid, and elastically contacts the periphery of the tile, so there is no risk of the mortar paste leaking, and further, the load of the tile A applied to the lower joint bar 1 is absorbed within the dimension D of the compression absorbing part 4 of the upper joint bar 1 by the reaction force, so there is no risk of the formwork contact surface 2a peeling off, and therefore the tiles A can be held in an orderly manner.

After attaching the tiles A to the outer formwork 6 as described above, mortar 8 is placed in the joint between the tiles A, and a net or wire 9 is placed over it to prevent shocks and vibrations from being applied to the outer formwork 6. Prevent tiles from falling off due to Next, using the partitioning member 7, an inner formwork 13 is attached with bolts 10 and nuts 12 having spacers 11 at both ends to form a space for concrete pouring.

(1) The horizontal joint bar forms a notch along the longitudinal direction of one of the two intersections between the formwork contact surface and both tile contact surfaces to form a compression absorption section. At the same time, since the tile is fixed to the formwork with the notch facing downward, the tile pressing surface of the compression absorption section is parallel to the side surface of the tile, so that the compression absorption section is attached to the side surface of the tile. The entire pressing surface can be pressed with even force, and the holding force of the tile is stable and the tile can be held securely. In addition, there is no uneven load on the joint bar, so there is no risk of the joint bar peeling off from the formwork. This allows the joint bar to be stably fixed to the formwork.

(2) The joint bar is constructed by cutting independent horizontal joint bars and vertical joint bars into appropriate lengths,
The vertical joint bar forms notches along the longitudinal direction of the two intersections of the formwork contact surface and both tile contact surfaces to form compression absorption sections on both left and right sides, and Since the joints are fitted vertically between the joint bars and fixed, the spacing between the horizontal joint bars can be changed to suit tiles of various sizes, and the length of the horizontal joint bars can be adjusted to match this spacing. It can be cut and fixed to the formwork.
