合成樹脂成形品が変形し、或いはひび割れを生ず
るなどして合成樹脂成形品に対する針の固着力低
下、針の脱落、更にギルフオーラリボンのギルフ
オーラバーに対する固着不充分、及びこれを原因
とするギルフオーラバーからのギルフオーラリボ
ンの脱落などの問題を生じることがあつた。 更に鱗状突起をギルフオーラリボンに設けたも

に示すように、ギルフオーラバー5の溝6に挿入
可能の形態3bに変形された形状を維持する。基
部材3を変形された針列リボン4は、ギルフオー
ラバー5の溝6に第2図矢印方向に挿入せしめ、
挿入後、再び加熱すると軟化して変形歪が除去さ
れ、記憶していたもとの樽形3aに復元しようと
する。従つて、該復元力によつて、ギルフオーラ
バー5の溝6の内側側面は強く押圧され、その結
果、第3図に示すようにギルフオーラバー5と針
列リボン4は強固に固定される。尚、針列リボン
4の形状は、上記樽形3aに限定されるものでは
なく、上下が幅広である鼓形断面を有するもの、
側面に波状凹凸を設けたものなど、任意に選定す
ることができる。 この考案で使用される形状記憶ゴムとしては、
例えば、エチレンプロピレン系合成ゴムなどに低
分子のゴム原料を加え、構成する分子の違いを利
用し、70〜150℃の加熱により変形して変形歪を
与え、急冷して変形された形状を固定し、再加熱
によりもとの形状に復元する形状記憶ゴムを利用
