Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of working by a method wherein, when a plurality of iron core strip materials with which almost semicircular cross-section will be obtained when it is rolled up on a mold is going to be punched out continuously, the punch-out line between the adjoining strip materials is formed into a curved line having a gentle slope or a straight line. CONSTITUTION:The edge 21a on one side of the material 21, which is the continuous long-sized material of uniform width of wound-core material, is in the state of a straight line, the other side of the material is cut out along the prescribed curved line 21b, and the wound-core strip material 22 is cut out continuously into a plurality of pieces of cores. (The longitudinal direction is shown by reducing to one five hundredth in the diagram.) The cut-out line linking the largest width part (the part which becomes the diameter of semicircular cross-section when rolled up to a mold) of each strip material 22 and the smallest width part of the adjoining other strip material 22 is formed into the curved line 21 having a gentle slope. For example, if the 21c part is formed in the length of 5 cm or thereabout against the overall length of 20 cm of the strip 22, a continuous cutting work can be performed without stopping a slitter device even on the connecting part of the largest width part and the smallest width part, and the efficiency of working can be improved.

Recently, circular cross-section cores, which have the advantages of being ultra-thin, compact, and lightweight, have come to be used as wound cores for transformers to which cylindrical coil bobbins are applied (Reference: Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-2
Publication No. 8375, Publication No. 61-22851, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 1983
132057), that is, as shown in Figure 3, the wound core l is obtained by winding a strip material with excellent magnetic properties that has been cut out in a predetermined shape in the width direction in accordance with the shape. , its cross section is circular. A cylindrical coil bobbin 2, which has been divided into two in advance, is pressed against the winding core l at the pressure contact surface 3, and by rotating this coil bobbin 2 with respect to the winding core 1, the coil bobbin 2 is
A winding (not shown) is applied to the wire. Therefore,
In this case, the gap 4 between the wound core 1 and the coil bobbin 2 becomes smaller, and excellent magnetic properties are obtained. For example, the wound core shown in FIG. 3 has a rectangular shape as shown in FIG.

From the standpoint of material utilization efficiency and ease of cutting work, the method for cutting out the band material for the circular cross-section wound core described above is to leave one side of the straight edges of the material straight and the other side into a predetermined curve. Already known are the method of cutting along two predetermined curves (as shown in Figure 5), or the method of cutting along two predetermined curves while leaving both straight edges of the material straight (as shown in Figure 6). (Reference: Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-22851).

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides that, when cutting out along curved lines to obtain a substantially semicircular cross section, a straight line and/or a gently sloped line is formed between the curved lines of the cutout. By cutting out along the curve, strips for a plurality of wound cores are continuously obtained.

1 and 2 are plan views of a material for explaining a method of cutting out a band material for a semicircular cross-section wound core according to the present invention. In Fig. 1(A), a material 2 with straight edges is shown.
One side edge 21a of 21.1 remains straight, and the other side has a predetermined curve 21.1. Cut out along b. As a result, a plurality of strips 22 are obtained. Note that the predetermined curve 21b is defined by the band material 22.
When the core is wound into a predetermined shape, a wound core 11, 12, or 13 having a semicircular cross section as shown in FIG. 7 or 8 is obtained. According to the invention, each curve 21. b along a straight line and/or a gently sloped curve 21c. Note that the length of the cut out strip 22 is actually about 500 times the width, so the curve 21C
As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 1(B), the curve is a very gentle curve including a straight line. For example, for a strip with a total length of 20 m, the gently sloped curved part is 5 cm.
It is sufficient if it is about n, and it is sufficient to wrap this part as a wound core without cutting it off, and there is little loss of i members. As a result, the slitter device (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-28375, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 132027) can perform continuous cutting along the curves 21b and 21c without stopping.
