Abstract

PURPOSE:To place no restrictions on the installation of the main body of the space heater by providing a combustion air suction port, a hot air suction port, an outlet for the same and a cartridge tank take-out port, on the front surface of the main body. CONSTITUTION:A combustion air suction port 11, a hot air flow suction port 2, a hot air flow outlet 3 and take-out port 10a of a cartridge tank 4 are provided on the front surface of a main body. Accordingly, the main body can be installed in close contact with the wall or in a mantelpiece, and this prevents air suction ports 2 and 11 from being blocked, the temperature of the main body from rising, or an exhaust gas properties from being deteriorated. When a hot air blower fan 1 rotates, hot air flow air (A) and combustion air (B) are taken in through air suction ports 2 and 11, respectively, provided on the front surface of the main body. When air (A) passes the upper part of a burner case 7, it is mixed with the combustion gas and discharged as a hot air flow (C) through the hot air flow outlet 3. Further, a part of air (A) which has passed the upper side of a hot air flow smoothing plate 9 flows out obliquely downward directly above the hot air flow outlet 3 to press the hot air flow (C) thereby to check short-circuiting.

Conventional technology In general, this type of heating outside heats the room by blowing hot air, and as shown in FIG.
The hot air is provided at the rear or upper part of the
He was gushing more. Particularly in the case of the conventional rear suction port 21, when the device is brought close to a wall, the suction port 21 approaches the wall or is blocked, resulting in insufficient air suction volume. Functional parts (especially electronic parts)
and the exterior surface of the main unit could become hot, causing malfunctions and burns. Furthermore, since the amount of air blown is insufficient, the temperature inside the main body becomes high, the hot air blowing temperature becomes high, and there are problems such as being unable to send out hot air at an even temperature. Therefore, a restrictor 26 is provided on the fan guard 25 of the blower 24 to maintain a distance from the wall surface 27.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with the above configuration, in places where there is a flexible material such as a curtain on the rear side of the main body, the suction port cannot be blocked even if the restrictor is used. There was a risk of this happening, which posed a safety problem. In addition, the main unit could not be installed closely against a wall, nor could it be lined up closely with other furniture in the room, so it was not aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, since the cartridge tank was inserted and removed from the top of the main body, it was not possible to use the main body by storing it in a mantelpiece, for example, and there was a drawback that there were considerable restrictions on installation.

The oil hot air and smell configured as above are taken in from the heater. When the air A passes above the burner case 7, it mixes with the combustion gas and flows diagonally downward just above the hot air outlet 3 on the front of the main body, suppressing the hot air C and preventing its short circuit.

On the other hand, air B flows from the cartridge tank 4 to the oil supply joint 4.
The fuel is mixed with vaporized fuel sent by an electromagnetic pump (not shown) through a, and is used for combustion. Then, when the oil in the cartridge tank 47 runs out, it is refilled.
Take it out from a by using 6 vanes. This refueling can be easily accomplished by pressing the switch 11, which turns on the power to the electromagnetic plunger 5 and automatically pushes up the cartridge tank 4.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention has a combustion air inlet, a hot air intake/outlet, and a cartridge tank outlet on the front of the main body, so that the main body can be placed in close contact with a wall. It can be installed in a mantel or inside a mantelpiece, and even if installed in this way, the air intake port will not be blocked, the temperature of the main body will not increase, and the exhaust gas characteristics will not deteriorate. Moreover, the main body can be arranged along other furniture in the room, which is aesthetically pleasing. Further, as explained in the embodiment, if a force cartridge tank pushing up device is provided inside the cartridge tank outlet, the cartridge tank can be easily taken in and out. Furthermore, if a part of the air is blown out from above the hot air outlet between the air inlet and the hot air outlet, a short circuit of the hot air vane from the hot air outlet to the air inlet can be prevented. At the same time, the effect of suppressing the warm air also prevents the warm air from being concentrated near the main body.
