Claims (1)
- 金属母材にセラミツク被膜を溶射により部分的
に形成した金属とセラミツクスの接合構造におい
て、上記金属母材の溶射面周縁に溝を設け、溶射
によりその周縁溝を含む溶射面上にセラミツク被
膜を形成してなることを特徴とする金属とセラミ
ツクスの接合構造。
