``Problems that conventional technology and ideas are trying to solve'' Recently, synthetic resin bottles have been widely used. This bottle has the advantage of being easier to measure and less likely to break than a glass bottle. By making the synthetic resin bottle thinner, the material can be saved. For example, a biaxially stretched saturated polyester resin bottle can have its mechanical strength increased by biaxially stretching. However, when such thin-walled synthetic resin bottles are filled with heat-sterilized liquid and then capped and sealed, the volume decreases due to cooling of the filled liquid, and air above the liquid level inside the bottle, the so-called head. There was a drawback that the inside of the bottle became negative pressure due to the volume reduction due to the temperature drop of the air in the space, and the bottle wall was curved inward due to the negative pressure. Note that this decompression deformation occurs not only when high-temperature liquid is filled, but also when oxygen in the head space is absorbed by the filling liquid. Examples of such liquids include edible oil.

In order to prevent deformation of synthetic resin bottles under reduced pressure, a deformation-permissible portion is provided in advance on the bottle wall, and only the deformation-permissible portion is deformed into a concave shape so that the appearance of the bottle is not damaged. However, this method imposes significant restrictions on the design of the bottle.
In addition, the location for pasting the label is also restricted, and furthermore, the bottle wall cannot be sufficiently thinned.

However, the above-mentioned prevention of deformation due to reduced pressure can be solved by filling the head space of the bottle with high-pressure air or the like in advance in anticipation of the reduced pressure. This proposal concerns a cap that can be filled with high-pressure gas.

"Means for Solving the Problems" The present invention includes a thin-walled synthetic resin bottle 1 in which an engaging protrusion 11 is provided around the outer periphery of the mouth and neck part 10, and a top wall 20 to be attached to the outside of the mouth and neck part 10.
An outer circumferential wall 24 is provided vertically from the peripheral edge of the engagement protrusion 2 that engages with the engagement protrusion 11 on the inner edge of the outer circumferential wall.
5 is provided around the top wall 20, and a vertical ventilation groove 26 is formed at a proper position of the engagement protrusion, and an inner cylinder is formed at a proper position on the top wall 20 so as to fit into the inside of the neck part 10 in an airtight and watertight manner. A cap 2 made of synthetic resin is formed such that the inside and outside of the bottle can be ventilated during temporary attachment by vertically disposing the bottle 27 and forming vertical ventilation grooves 28 at appropriate positions on the lower part of the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 27.

"Effect of the invention" According to the present invention, the cap 2 can be easily temporarily attached by fitting the inner cylinder 27 to the neck part 10 of the thin-walled bottle 1 containing heated liquid. Since the lower surface of the strip 25 can be brought into contact with the upper surface of the engaging protrusion 11 on the mouth and neck, a predetermined tacking position can always be secured, a predetermined stable tacking can be obtained, and a high-pressure gas atmosphere can be obtained. It does not lack stability even when sent inside.

Therefore, when temporarily attached in this way and placed in an atmosphere of high-pressure gas such as air or nitrogen, the high-pressure gas flows into the head space inside the thin-walled bottle through the ventilation groove 26 and the vertical ventilation groove 28, and then If the cap 2 is pushed down sufficiently in this atmosphere to make a deep and tight fit, the high-pressure gas can be sealed, and the high-pressure gas can be filled very easily and smoothly. 25 and the engagement protrusion 11 of the mouth and neck part 10, it can be strongly held. In this way, by sealing in high-pressure gas when filling heated liquid, it is possible to prevent the internal pressure from dropping below atmospheric pressure due to cooling shrinkage, etc., even if the bottle is a thin-walled synthetic resin bottle. , it is possible to prevent the deformation of the bottle due to negative pressure, and it is possible to eliminate problems such as a decrease in stability due to deformation, deterioration of the appearance, variations in the top and bottom of the liquid level, restrictions on the design of the bottle, and restrictions on the place where the label is pasted. Walls can be made sufficiently thin.

Furthermore, there is no need to make the neck of the bottle into a special shape, and the cap is simple in construction and can be provided at low cost.
