報を記憶する記憶手段と情報を印刷出力する印刷
手段とを具備した本体と、 該本体から前記操作部に、或いは前記操作部か
ら前記本体に情報を伝達する情報伝達手段と、 前記操作部及び前記本体の少なくともいずれか
に、前記基本情報に基づいて前記キー入力手段か
らの情報を処理する処理手段と、該処理手段で処
理された情報でもつて前記基本情報の少なくとも
一部を更新する更新手段と、更新された情報及び
未更新の情報を検索する検索手段と、該検索手断
でもつて検索された情報及び前記処理手段でもつ
て処理された情報及び前記基本情報を前記印刷手
段及び前記表示手段のいずれかで外部に報知する
報知手段とを備えることを特徴とする情報収集装
置。 (2) 記憶手段は所定のメモリ容量のＲＡＭを具
備し着脱可能なＩＣカードであつて、内蔵したバ
ツテリーでもつてバツクアツプされており、処理
手段でもつて処理された情報、処理前の情報、処
理方法情報を前記ＲＡＭの一部に格納されること
