図は従来の複層ホース押出ヘツドの全体断面図、
第５図は複層ホース押出ヘツドに押出機を結合し
てホースを製造しているところを示す平面図であ
る。 １……外側環状通路、２……内側環状通路、３
……第１導入孔、４……第２導入孔、５……マン
ドレル孔、６……ニツプル、１０……島状連結部

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 同軸的に軸方向に延びそれぞれ一端側に同心円
状に開口する外側環状通路および内側環状通路と
、 該環状通路とそれぞれ連通し押出機より可塑化
された材料が供給される他端側に設けられた第１
導入孔および該第１導入孔より該一端側に設けら
れた第２導入孔と、を有し、 該外側環状通路は該第１導入孔と連通し、該外
側環状通路内には該外側環状通路を構成する内側
壁部と外側壁部とを部分的に連結する島状連結部
をもち、該内側環状通路は該内側壁部、該島状連
結部および該外側壁部を貫通する貫通孔を介して
該第２導入孔と連通していることを特徴とする複
層ホース押出ヘツド。
